Wibbley's Burgers - Bellevue

1. The sandwich was well-assembled and held together nicely. The sauce wasn’t overwhelming, although it did drip on my fingers a couple of times; not a big issue, but a thicker sauce would have improved it. 2. The spicy vegetables (were they jalapeños?) were cut into large pieces that provided a good coverage and were cooked just right, making them easy to chew without falling out. However, they tended to slip out of the sandwich easily if not managed properly. 3. The rolls left something to be desired. They were flat and didn’t seem to be made in-house. 4. The fries were better than most, reminiscent of traditional English chips in the ideal sense. They could have used a bit more crispiness around the edges, but I appreciated that they weren’t soggy or overly greasy, so I can’t complain too much here. I know I’m splitting hairs a bit, but this place is so close to being a truly top-tier burger joint that I felt it was important to share this feedback. The food and atmosphere were otherwise excellent, and most people would likely consider this place the best they’ve been to. It's so close, yet not quite there.

I had a speck cheese burger, and it was delicious! The bacon was crispy and flavorful. The burger itself was hearty and satisfying. After the pandemic, it's still a fantastic choice. Plus, they now accept debit and credit cards!

The burgers weren't impressive, but the firm burger and garlic fries were decent, even though I didn't finish them. The seating was quite uncomfortable. I'd consider eating here again, but only if necessary.

I'll eat, subpar service. only one in there, except four hired. and sat down. size lunch eile begins as soon as I have set myself. all others were given their orders. I'm not so much. kasse asks for my name; I've never been asked. told him what I ordered (from him, no less! and was told it would be in a few minutes. a few minutes later it was done. they have gone out, seen in my pocket, they have commanded the wrong. had to wait back and wait while they cooked everything I ordered. it took 20 minutes to get a burger and mushroom. not back, not worth it.

I finally was able to try Wibbley's and all and all its not bad, but I didn't think it was really good. I had the onion burger and interestingly the brightest flavors came from the lettuce and tomatoes first, it was pretty messy and pretty much breaking apart as I was eating it but not bad. The onion rings were also okay and probably the best part. I had the rootbeer shake and it was terrible, and definitely not worth buying, I threw most of it away, and should've gotten a soda. Also, the menu is a bit pricey, with the cheapest burger just under $8.
