I ordered a blonde vanilla latte and I noticed there was no ice as well as no sweetener? Are you kidding me lol.The app itself doesn't let you customize any of your drinks yet there are things typed on my order on the label that weren't even there. I work in a clinic nearby so I was not able to walk in and get another one. The coffee was bland and I couldn't drink it. I beg you to please hire competent staff. Thank you.
This Starbucks cafeteria is not bad compared to others. There are no lines in the morning, the baristas are very friendly and ready to help. As for me, it is a bit small inside, and there is nowhere to sit.
I am an employee here at the Overlake campus and this afternoon totally felt discriminated against. I placed a mobile order for pick up and walked over to retrieve it but it wasn't ready. No problem, so I decided to sit but neither worker acknowledged me and proceeded to do whatever they were doing. Another woman of a different race walks in orders and had a small convo as she had been there earlier to I guess). She was greeted, but not I. Her drink was made and as she receives her beverage I ask was my order received. The barista replies that my order was received and ready. I ask where because it was NOT in the designated pick up area and she holds up an empty cup labeled with my order. I then ask why was my drink not received before the lady who walked in about 5 minutes after me? She responds by saying oh I thought you wouldn't mind, plus we are in the middle of cleaning and preparing for closing. That has nothing to do with why my drink wasn't ready. Any duties outside of the customer in front of you should be the lowest priority thought to self). KiKi who voluntarily gave up her name, when I asked about the proper way to file a complaint, claims it should be on the app to do that but she was not sure. She was very condescending in her responses to my concerns and stated that because they were also preparing to close that she was cleaning and that's why my mobile order wasn't ready. I think I was more upset about the excuse cleaning) for being overlooked and never acknowledged upon arrival, but that also her response did not take any ownership to correct the situation. When you work in customer service positions as a frontline worker you should be able to take full responsibility by at least apologizing but not making excuses for bad service. I visit several Starbucks almost daily and I will not give this location anymore of my business and I will be sure to file a formal complaint.
Very busy, due in large part to the constant construction. Sign on the door says facemask required (medical center). Nor that it 's enforced. Typical Bellevue additude . Gross.
