Spice Route - Bellevue

As a vegetarian family, we love this restaurant. All the items we enjoy eating here without any hesitation. This has been around 10 years we are coming here. By any chance we happened to eat some other Indian restaurant, either I get severe headache or stomach pain. Never happened with spice route food. Very happy to visit any time. Very humble waiters. I came here back in January and I was impressed with the Excellent customer service that was provided. The food was delicious and the watermelon juice is by far the best I have ever tasted!! This is nice setting for a date or family meal. Wish I had pics but they're on my old phone.

Awesome food. Speciality South Indian. Best Dosa in greater Seattle area. For other food Naan was awesome. Veggies taste good but quantity is relatively less compared to other Indian cuisines. Overall good value for money though. Service is good. Ambience is ok.

Their all-you-can-eat buffet is delicious! Every time I dine here I'm impressed with the two full-length rows of food options. Lots of vegetarian, vegan options as well as meat dishes. Delicious flavors. It's Southern Indian so if you want more mild flavors go on the weekdays and the weekends tend to run more spicy! My hungry teenagers beg to come frequently.

Only went here due to location and my team craving for Indian food and wanting to try a Buffett. Have been here before and feel like the quality of food has gone done. They have expanded with Indian street food take out area and sweet bar. It's still a clean place but food quality isn't as fresh as it use to. Veggie buffet, naan was hard and we told the staff who said it was probably a bad batch. We waited for the second batch same thing. They still Make fresh dosa which is great but again the quantity of potatoes inside has reduced significantly. The coconut chutney was so watered down I need a strainer to drain the coconut out. Their veggie dishes weren't as tasty, meat dishes had more gravy than meat. This place use to be the no.1 buffet and the go to, not so much anymore.
