Núodle - Bellevue

Every once in a while I?d crave for Lanzhou La Mein, and this time it doesn?t disappoint. Big bowl of noodle soup with your choice of thickness for noodles, tons of appetizer small dishes to choose from. Good customization and very simple ordering menu with pictures. My Pom Pom approves!

Haven?t been here for a long time. This time I tried the latest menu. None of them worth a try. 1. Beef rib bone with ramen Beef salty and less meat. Dry skin 2. Chicken gizzard Not homemade. Just import from supermarket and added some spicy dumb sauce. 3. Spicy chicken Same as gizzard. Taste like plastic. 4. Dingding stir fried noodles Normal taste in Seattle

All the way down from Canada and tasted the Lanzhou noodle soup. It?s very closed to what I had before in Lanzhou China. The hot pepper sauce needs improvement though. The crispy beef patty is so so. Too salty to me and not much beef but green onion. Not closed to the same item in China. The other noodle is okay.

Perfectly chewy and thick lanzhou style noodles. amazing comfort food, especially for a rainy day! the egg tomato sauce was savory and a bit sweet, and the beef brisket noodle soup was so well flavored. cucumber salad was also scrumptious!

I've been a fan of their chili oil as it's very fragrant and flavorful. After coming across the restaurant, I knew I had to try them out even when I'm not hungry at all. I liked they had different noodle sizes that you can try and get it as a soup or stir fry. I ordered original beef noodle soup with extra wide noodles and also a couple side items.
