Przekaż informację zwrotnąThe WORST experience I've ever been at this place. order our meals through the app. my bacon double without unions was not in the pocket. we found out when we reached I80 on the way out of town. we doubled to fix the situation. when I went inside, I gave the guy at the counter our ticket from the pocket and asked if the meal was already gone. so I explained myself again. he picked up a supervisor/manager who looked at our ticket and hit it again. he then gave us again the meal, new pommes and everything, but the order was again wrong with the burger with unions on it. I went back to the store, the manager/maintainer, whoever he came to the register after the demise of the opponent did not even realize that I even stood there. then he went away, a nice young lady came up and asked if I had helped. So I then explained the situation to her, let her know that the original order was not union and that my commission had unions. as allergic to unions, I was not in the process of eating this meal. at this point I was upset enough that the supervisor/manager would not even acknowledge that I was in the building again, I told the young lady that I didn't want any money back, they can keep their food, and I never intend to stop at this facility again. the majority of my previous positions where I worked was the restaurant management. I know the first hand that bad tracking travel faster and spreads wider than good tracking, so that any superior / manager who is worth his reward should always know that the customer remains happy. a lot of luck for the rest of them when they try to get their meal right in this facility with the current administration.
I ordered a 20 piece, a spicy crispy chicken and two pommes, it literally took 30 minutes 8:41pm to 9:11pm to finally get my food just to have the bag ripe on my way out of the door. i will never go to this place again and I also recommend to them skip it.
I wish it would allow 0 stars. do not understand why it is so hard to get an order right. this is the second time that we have ordered from here and both paint that they are laying down or forgetting something on the order. this happened at several almost food facilities. How hard is it to get order right? yes I used to work almost food.
On the 28th april 2022 the journey went through at 21:30 o'clock.
This location is COMPLETE trash. They make a mistake everytime you have an order with more than 4-5 things in it. This is the 3rd time in a row we have gotten home and found something was missing from our order. Literally a line around the block/a parking lot full of cars because they can't get it together to complete a food order in a timely fashion.
