Liuyishou Hotpot - Bellevue

The hotpot at this restaurant is incredibly authentic and delicious. The restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is fun, and there is plenty of spacious parking available.

This was my first time trying authentic hot pot, and it was a great experience. The food was delicious and I will definitely be returning.

The hot pots at Diving are much better than other places. They are large and can be easily shared. We ordered the 2-taste hot pot and had enough to take home. The meat was also very tasty. The salsa bar is a must-try, especially the delicious sweet mushroom dessert at the end.

Very good food! Eating it was fun too and the employees were very nice, highly recommended
