Ihop - Bellevue

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to our waitress, Jessica, for her exceptional customer service. As visitors from out of town, we were genuinely impressed—she went above and beyond! Thank you from all of us in our group of eight!

The waitstaff was incredibly professional and polite! Service was prompt, and the food was fantastic! During my visit to see my daughters in Washington, we had a wonderful experience!

The eggs Benedict was served hot and tasted fantastic, accompanied by excellent service. The hollandaise sauce was flavorful, though it had a slightly lumpy texture.

While businesses have their policies and procedures—which I completely respect—what truly sets successful establishments apart is their ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude. Unfortunately, it's the hardworking staff that keep these places running, but poor management and inadequate customer service can significantly harm the experience. If I could have given zero stars based solely on the so-called manager, I would have gladly done so.

We were seated right away, and our waiter was extremely quick in bringing us everything we needed! My mom and I had a wonderful dining experience!
