The bao is good, but the ramen shouldn’t even be called ramen. They don't seem to understand what proper ramen broth should taste like—it was more like instant noodles, which was really disappointing. The pork belly flavor came mainly from a few strips of raw bacon thrown in the broth. Honestly, how is this place even still in business? Someone needs to take a serious look at them.
