Wow! As a Texan, I couldn't be happier to have discovered this food truck while driving home from an appointment in Bellevue. The service was fantastic—friendly staff greeted me with smiles when I placed my order at the window. I tried the burrito with marinated pork and avocado, and it was incredible! The flavors blended perfectly, with just the right amount of spice from the jalapeños. The pork was delicious, complemented by avocado, rice, and beans. Overall, I'm thrilled to have this food truck in our church neighborhood. They have a nice setup with picnic tables, which are even covered for when the weather is a bit drizzly. I'll definitely be coming back! As for parking, there's a spacious gravel lot that makes turning around easy.

Kid-friendliness: They easily customize meals, can cut items in half, and provide extra plates when needed. I often share a burrito with my child since we're on a budget.
