Dunkin' - Bellevue

Seems like when you wait in line for over 10 minutes and someone else comes in, they will help the person waiting at the donut counter first versus the people waiting in line unless the cashier gal that helped us today has a problem with people of different ethnicities…

This place is always a ghost town, yet my grandson and I waited nearly 40 minutes to get and small order. there were two employees and us, that's it. Don't eat here!

This place is so iffy on speed. The same time on the same day of the week could be different all month long. There are times I drive right through the drive thru. Others I wait over five minutes to move one car length. I honestly don't know what takes them so long on certain cars versus the others. I've never had a problem though and the employees have been great.

I'm not sure what happened to this place but it is so slow 15-20 minutes in line for nasty coffee. Half the staff don't know what their doing half the time.

The dunkin off of 11511 S. 36th street in Bellevue was terrible. They gave us the wrong dozen donuts. When I tried to call, a recording played and said the voice-mail was not set up .I had to call the Dunkin donut at 1720 Galvin Rd. South, Bellevue to help us.
