202 Hometown Tacos - Bellevue

Solid cantina. Service was good. They had 2 taco specials: salmon chorizo. I have such and such BBQ pulled pork. All were excellent. My girlfriend got the Bellevue Bowl which was delicious bowl of comfort food. Beer selection is what an early 2000's beer bar would have. Margaritas are good but I couldn't spot any tequila so it's more like a tasty wine cooler and, for the price, no complaints there.

I've wanted to eat here since they opened. My husband had warned me I didn't like it. Anyway, I chased him to take me with him. I was Jonesing for Street Mais. He takes me and I ordered pulled pork nachos with a side of street corn. After waiting for the only server who was also the bartender. She was beautiful enough. We waited for a while and it wasn't busy. When we received our food I was fine. Taco with beef and lettuce. Mine honestly looked but didn't come with my street corn. I asked twice for my corn and another lady gave me a bowl of corn, followed by my server giving me a small plastic-editing cup of corn. It was cold corn salsa and not St. Corn as ordered. I was surprised it wasn't what I ordered. When I complained about what I was expecting the waitress was like oh yeah we don't have street corn. Even though it was on the menu. My pork in my nachos tasted like yesterday's lunch. I was dissatisfied as my husband had warned me. The bartender/waitress seemed more interested in who was at the bar. I didn't complain as I felt it wouldn't matter much. As I think the owner may have been there at the bar. Lesson learned. I wouldn't go back. I'd rather have taco bells compared to that. Nice place for sure but bad food and service. I spent money on garbage.

The food is always amazing. The bbq pig is a top notch taco. The staff is 2/5 every time. We ordered queso and chips and it never arrived. When the waitress brought the food she couldn't identify the tacos and we had a party of 6 with 3 tacos each. We told our friends ahead of time that the tacos provide the service.

We came late night (for a family) at 8:30 and it happened on Tuesday karaoke night. It was amazing! The food was delicious, the patrons and staff were super friendly, and they even asked my girls to sing! A surprisingly fun last minute stop!

Highly disappointed with the whole experience. The bartender wasnt very friendly in my opinion. I could have stayed home if I wanted to make a margarita with Dailys mix as I barely made it through the one I ordered. The queso was so runny. Pico, guac, and rice were very very bland. I had to spit out my chorizo taco. The slaw on the spicy shrimp taco was to overwhelming. The carne asada taco was the only half decent thing we ordered but it didn't even have much meat on it. I'm all for supporting local business but this place is just not it. Save your money
