Papa John's - Belleville

I rated the atmosphere a 1 because I typically order online, but I have since stopped ordering from this restaurant. I used to order from them 3 or 4 times a month, but I stopped because the prices for their items have become unreasonable. I was going to order a large double pepperoni and cheese pizza for delivery, but when I saw it was $36.00, I decided to cancel my order and have not ordered from them again.

This restaurant is one of my favorite places for pizza. I have tried several different kinds and they all tasted perfect. I have only had one burnt pizza out of all the times I have ordered. I also love their garlic knots. My kids enjoy their cheese and pepperoni pizzas, and they can easily finish a large or extra-large pizza on their own. The prices are fair and the delivery drivers are very kind. Our food always arrives hot. Overall, we love this place.

This is the worst place to order from. I ordered through Skip the Dishes and they completely messed up my order. When I complained, they said it was not their problem and I needed to deal with Skip the Dishes. This happened on Sunday, August 7th at 7:20 PM. The girl working there was the most unprofessional employee I have ever encountered. I strongly advise against ever going to this restaurant again. They are rude, ignorant, and cannot even get a simple order correct. Choose Pizza Pizza or anywhere else, but avoid this place at all costs. I will never be ordering from here again.

Ordered through skip the dishes... order arrived 1hr 30 mins late and pizza seemed as it was tossed and dropped and wings were all missing... when we called the store before order arrived the denied ever receiving our order. When order came and called thestore with the missing items as there were hungry house guests waiting the said they didn't have wings.. we were able to cancelon skip the dishes and still waiting on customer service to get money back with the missing items we never received. Verydisappointed with the experience and service.
