Lone Star Texas Grill - Belleville

I still love this place. However, charging for the warm chips and salsa is going over the top. They should remain free. Next up - this is the second time I've ordered steak and had my med-well come raw. Last time I got my meal for free. This time just was too much yet again. I don't get BBQ anymore and having my steak come raw was gut wrenching (I dislike raw meat). So I've downgraded them. They need to get something in place to stop this. I normally order Fajitas. But, I've twice gone to steak to be disappointed. Not happy. Plus the noise level two days ago was over the top. With a full restaurant turn down the music. Its too much.

I am not sure what is going on in Lone Star world but there seems to lack of details on the food and service. I understand that you have to change up the menu to add new ideas but when you don't even have a chicken meal on your menu you have an issue. You can get chicken and ribs but not just chicken. You can't even get a quesadilla meal as they have taken if off the menu. You can only get an app which they use the fajita shells which are very small. We are questioning if we are going back since it is getting worst.

Waitress excellent, coffee the worst I ever had sent it back,salad premade and limp, baked potatoe brown inside not right tasting, steak way under for medium but seasoned well. Not difficult to see they have a quality control problem. Stick to fajitas. Did I mention BP has the best coffee. Sorry. Should talk to your servers as they seem to know all the problems here.

We went to this restaurant for a late lunch and expected that service would be good as the noon hour rush should be over. It was not busy. Our waitress, "Rowdy" was inattentive, loud and irritating. We ordered promptly but after receiving nachos and water received absolutely no service for 45 minutes. When we asked when our meals would be served, there was no response so after almost an hour we left. We are always puzzled at restaurants like this which appear to have little, if any, supervision of its staff to ensure good customer service. We departed very dissatisfied and will not return

Food was good but not exceptional. Portions are small. My husband ordered fajitas and enjoyed them but only received three shells which made it difficult since the shells were so small. Too much money for too little. Service was good.
