Last night, on February 1st, I visited the A&W on Bell Boulevard around 10:50 PM. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I noticed two girls, but they didn't acknowledge my presence. After waiting for some time, I proceeded forward, only to find the staff ducking beneath the front counter, seemingly avoiding taking orders. Despite the store being open, their behavior was quite ridiculous. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly. Food: 1
