The other day i got a drink that i didn’t like and they gave me another on for free. amazing service i got maybe 4x a day when i have school
Apparently they make up the hours as they go here. I have never not once came and they were open when they were supposed to be. Always closed! Fed up....
The service was quick and friendly, and the coffee was delightful! I was very satisfied.
1. I understand that technology can fail, but there should always be a backup plan. 2. Customers should be informed before they wait in line that certain payment methods aren’t being accepted at the moment. 3. The store sends out emails about lunch specials and other trivial matters, so it seems logical to alert customers about the payment issue too. I know I might be more upset than usual due to a lack of sleep, but honestly, how difficult would it have been to communicate that they were experiencing technical difficulties? Even though I still wouldn’t have gotten my coffee, I wouldn’t have wasted my entire break walking there and waiting in line for nothing.
Coffee at school is a necessary evil, but I’m grateful it’s available. The caramel ribbon crunch is a delightful option any time of day!
