There are tables available, and she is turning away customers. She degraded a kitchen worker to us. The American food is good, and my friends and family love the seafood. Like I said, the product is wonderful, but the service is horrible. It is closing, so I guess it doesn't matter anymore how they treat their customers.
I will say that the rolls were ok, but they are 1/2 the size of I'm used to for that price point. I'm also not used to the rolls being warmed up in a toaster oven and served on tin foil. I understand having to raise prices for inflation. We all suffer that in the country. But don't sacrifice quality and quantity.
Went in tonight and the waitress was horrible. She never checked in on our table. Then argued about it. They never brought any of the sushi ordered by us but everyone around us got theirs even people that came in after us. Then when we left the waitress told us never to come back. Worsed place and service I have ever had and I even work in the customer service industry. She needs to be let go and have to learn a lesson for her rude attitude towards customers.
Enjoyed the food, waitress was good. Issue with the young lady that greeted us on 1/23/24 ~730PM You can seat yourself and let the hostess in the back know where you 're seated Wait, WHAT? Why are you asking the customers to walk to the back and tell someone where you 're seated vice YOU (employee) telling the bartender/waitress that you have customers in the front dining area. The food was good, waitress was nice, issue was with the young lady doing the hosting/greeting, TOTALLY inappropriate!
Short staffed (server was nice and tried to make up for things but had to work on both sides Waited too long for drinks after sitting down and there weren’t that many customers Warmed up the sake in the microwave and you could hear it ding. (Prob do that in the back or get a proper warmer/dispenser. received something different that portrayed on the menu again waited way to long for drinks then received luke warm microwaved sake a table of 6 walked in and waited a half hour and never received their drinks and walked out. sushi was basic and the rice was complete mush. owner barked at the employees and there was tension in the air $145 w tip for that experience was a bit of a shock.Won’t be back. I was hopeful after hearing recommendations that were clearly experiences that were had under the old ownership.
