Terrible experience. I ordered soup to pick up along with plantains on a very cold day. I waited a long time, and when the lady finally showed up with the plantains, she told me they were out of soup. They took my phone number but didn't call to inform me. The customer service was very rude. I will never go back there.

The food is excellent and the atmosphere is fantastic. While they do offer take-out, this is more of a spot to dine in and enjoy yourself rather than one suited for delivery.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. They seem to have little regard for their customers. I ordered two soups because I was unwell, and not only did they charge me $5 for delivery, but it also took them two hours to arrive. When they finally delivered my order, it was wrong. When I called to ask for the correct food, they wanted to charge me again for their error. Honestly, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with their delivery service. I’m just sharing my experience out of frustration.
