Wendy's - Bellefonte

When you go to Wendy's, you know what kind of food you're gonna get. What makes this place stand out is the customer service and attention to social distancing and safe communication with customers.

Food is not as good years ago and portions seem smaller also. However, the staff very friendly.

The restaurant was clean, the guys at the counter nice and the food came hot and quickly. The burgers are what you would expect from Wendy's.

Avoid Wendy's if possible. The cashier was extremely rude. I waited for 5-7 minutes at the counter, but the cashier just stood there waiting for me without taking my order. He was lurking around the other side of the counter and not doing anything. Finally, when I called him over to take my order, he reluctantly did so and then disappeared. When he brought the food over, he slammed it on the counter and walked away. I felt so uncomfortable at this place. When I tried to grab some napkins from the side counter, he watched me and told me to just take one. Wendy's should be ashamed of hiring such rude staff. This older gentleman should be fired immediately. My family and I will not be returning to Wendy's.

Inconsistent. You either receive delicious food prepared perfectly, or it's a complete mess. When it's good, though, it's really good.
