Dominos Pizza - Bellaire

I agree with the other comments. You made my order completely wrong. The store promised to give me credit; but never did. I tried to call them, but they would never pick up the phone. Never order pizza from this industry.

Been ordering from this store for 2yrs now I'm just about over it. From the extremely long delivery times, to my orders always being incorrect. How do you confuse Jp (jalapeños) for Mu (MUSHROOMS I fn hate mushrooms) on the order screen?Just picked up my order I ordered...12 medium hand tossed pizzaw/alfredo sauce½ Ham/Spinach½ Chicken/Jalapeños16 piece Garlic Parm Bread Bites2 Garlic Sauces1 Ranch....but of course....YET AGAIN, wrong pizza. I got ½ Chicken/MUSHROOMS instead of ½ Chicken/Jalapeños. Even worse, it's not even busy. Only 3 orders were ready, no orders on the screen I picked up at 11:10pm on a Tuesdsy. WALKED 20 MINUTES just to redeem my free medium pizza with the points I've earned, now officially wasted, AGAIN, for the silliest mess up. And to think I worked 11yrs as a GM for Papa Johns 2½ Assistant GM for Dominoes I'd be more considerate, but no after walking all this way. I'm irritated just want my 60 points back ? oh the pizza isn't even fresh. Guaranteed this skin was sitting on the rack well over 30 mins.

I order the delivery online, waited patiently for 2 hours and no pizza. When I called the store, someone took up very disastrously and told me she couldn't find my order. When I talked to a supervisor, he found my order and told me he will make me new pizza and they delivered ASAP. I waited 1.5 hours and I called the store to check it, the same respectful individual took off and said she couldn't find my order and asked me to order again when I explained the situation and asked to talk to the manager, she put me firmly and never back to me. I went to the store, and the pizza was sitting there and the whole cashier could see me buried. Please do not order from this shop!!!!

Put in a order at 6. It’s 8:15 and I still haven’t gotten my order. Been trying to call since 7 and not one person picked up the phone. This is ridiculous

The manager Kevin made a racist remark towards the driver that had to pick up twice from him because he messed up my order. of course they never got back to me after I emailed the situation, if you need to get domino's go to a different location.
