XI Eleven - Bella Vista

I stumbled upon this restaurant seemingly out of nowhere, hidden away in a business park with a few other dining options nearby.

I attended a business dinner at this restaurant and the food and ambiance were fantastic. I would definitely recommend it.

My companion and I stopped by for coffee and morning snacks on our way to the dermatologist, who was conveniently located in the same building. The outdoor seating area was lovely, with the option to sit under an umbrella in the sun, but there was also ample space inside. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only downside was that parking was a bit of a challenge due to construction work at the nearby station, but they did have some dedicated spots available. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

A cute casual restaurant with wonderful food and staff. The two girls who served us were delightful and always remembered to top up our water. The food comes in generous portion sizes, especially the ribs! A must try is the pork and squid entree - flavour was not what I was expecting but I really enjoyed it.

Nice food and atmosphere. Not too noisy like many other places. Only one big family group in the restaurant other than us. Service was ok but almost nowhere to be seen after our mains.
