Papa Mike's - Bella Vista

Taking the 5 Stars back. Hadn't been in 4-5 years. Loved the food. Problem is the staff. The girl who took my order was terrible. Though I haven't been back since, I've been told nothing has changed. Everyone's rude, and service continues to decline. Hate to see it happen to a nice place. There is a common theme on the bad reviews: the Employees and their lack of engagement. Fix. The. Problem.

I love this place. I go here all the time. Great food, fast service, unbeatable price. The value is through the roof. They do a fish day on Fridays. This is my go-to workday lunch spot with my coworkers. My only wish is they were open on Mondays. If they were, I'd be eating there on Monday's too. I'd love to keep it all for myself and but this is really Bella Vista best kept secret.

We have eaten there about once a week for the last two years! Tonight, though was horrible! 3 minutes shy of 1 hour for getting our food! Multiple tables after us were served before us! I ordered my usual Ribeye medium! It was raw inside and so tough and full of grissel, I couldn?t chew it! The only thing good was the baked potato. The waitresses checked in the kitchen at least 5 times on where the food was! I showed the steak to the waitresses and left! I was disappointed someone in charge didn?t come out and talk to us! If it had been the first time we were there we would never be back! I know things happen but that meal was HORRIBLE!

We had Mr. Mike do our Thanksgiving Dinner for us. It was absolutely wonderful and so much food. Quite the treat for me to have someone else do dinner. Thank you ,Thank you, Thank you. Can't wait till I'm back in Bella Vista to come in.

Mike catered the burgers and hotdogs for our July birthday party for my family, about 20 people. The burgers were a hit and everyone really like them. I had two of them 2 days later and they still tasted great.
