Food has always been delicious here. Had a good breakfast.

Fantastic hotel. Excellent management. Kudos to the Shanbhag family to manage this iconic hotel so efficiently in recent decades.

The rooms are cozy. Location is fantastic near the market. Staff, managers are very polite. Restaurant is very good.

We were traveling to Tiruvannamalai so we had a train from Belgaum. So we decided to travel from Kolhapur to Belgaum and stay at hotel.. One of our friend booked rooms on behalf of us. Rooms are decent and clean but toilet flush had leakage.. Hot water timing is available in limited time from 6.30 to 9. Which I didn't like because if anyone want to go early in the morning then he can't get hot water.. We called reception at 6 am but nobody answered to call. And main thing is they put telephones in every room but no any guide provided for calling. If someone don't know which number is to be dialled to call reception then whats the use of it...
