Night Of Bengal - Belfast

Twice in the past fortnight I've ordered food from this place and it's simply dreadful. The first time I ordered Chicken Tikka Masala and it arrived with about 4 small pieces of rubbery chicken in a tasteless sauce. The second time I ordered a chicken kebab and it arrived without the sauce on it I ordered. It was like chewing a piece of leather left out in the sun for a month. For the amount of money you pay this place is a total disgrace.

I ordered takeout delivery on a Saturday night. We waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes for our food to arrive, and when it did, it was lukewarm. The chicken was tough and I thought it was overpriced. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

We just had the best Indian meal ever without a doubt or fear of contradiction. We have been eating Indian food for over 40 years and this meal surpassed all others. We started with Chicken Chat and Mixed Meat starters. The Chat had a delicious blend of fresh spices with a subtle kick of heat, and the sauce was exceptional. For mains, we had Chicken Patia and Chicken Dansak. The spices were perfectly blended, and the chicken was juicy and tender. Each bite was a delight for the tastebuds, with just the right amount of heat to warm us up. We highly recommend this restaurant.

I have never written a review for takeout before, but this was definitely one of the best curries I have ever tasted, and I consider myself a curry lover! I ordered the Lamb Naga and was a bit hesitant about the spiciness. It was definitely hot, but the amazing combination of flavors stood out even with the heat. I highly recommend trying Night of Bengal, a hidden gem that I have overlooked as a local for years. I will not be making that mistake again in the future. Absolutely superb.

Ordered 3 meals . 2 garlic. Chilli ckn. 1 garlic chilli prawn . The prawn came in shell tails and not cleaned. Didn’t order this . Rang to say . The guy just didn’t want to know. I know I should have pushed him on the wrong order but couldn’t b bothered with hassle. Orders over 36 got free populism and bottle of coke. Said they would bring it. Still waiting. Tried the prawn meal. Overly spiced with mint. Uneatible. Terrible service
