Caffe Nero - Belfast

Coffee ok, but the toilets were absolutely disgusting. The Environmental Health from the Council need to pay them a visit and give them a warning to clean the place. We will never return. Dirty

Popped in for coffee and a bite to eat. We chose we 2 different sandwiches and asked for them to be toasted plus 2 lattes. We received our coffees and 5 minutes later a waitress plonked down two plates with what can only be described as a soggy mess. Didn't resemble anything like a toasties. Our coffee was not even hot, shocking standards avoid this place much better local cafes nearby.

Visited on a Sunday evening. Sat in and ordered two teas, a pastry and a tray bake. Had to clean our own table. Other tables were dirty. Counter and coffee machine were dirty too. Pastry was served in a paper bag and when I asked for plate I was told ny the male server I couldn't have one because there weren't enough staff. Very poor service in an unkempt store. I've been a few times before and it's never much better. If you have the time, choose somewhere else. The staff in here really couldn't care less.

Had tea in here while waiting for an bus. Nothing wrong with the food but the toilet facilities were an absolute disgrace. Dirty, no loo roll. Hand soap liquid hanging off the wall. Not good for a food preparation business

Stopped here for brekkie bites before hopping on tour bus to the Giant 's Causeway we opted for toasted chicken bacon sambo and a ham 'n cheese croisssant with tea and flat white. Very quick service and very tasty food and drinks, which set us up for our trip along the Antrim coast line tour!
