Was today in belfast with my 7-year-old and needed to eat a bit fast. we ordered and took our food upstairs, at which point my enkel said he needed the toilet. I showed him where they were, but he came back to say he couldn't open the door. when I examined, there were signs that no customer toilets are present. we took our food below and discovered that the disabled toilet is used to store equipment. the personal I asked, told me to take him to marks and spencers next door. The personal was absolutely amazing as always, friendly, attentive, overworked and underpaid. they should also receive gratuities. however, post-covid, it feels like a tear culture. for almost £7.00 I have the smallest burger I've ever seen in 38 years in the work...Hospitality I felt completely demolished! I have to say the children were amazing, and offered me a refund, but I told them that I don't want a refund, I just wanted them to bring it to the managers attentiveness before they close the place down because nobody in the right understood would even think to go back to get ripped off after their restaurant, unless they think belfast people are on the back, I want to help! corporate must really this sorted big time. good luck! you will need it. marty mc cafferty, belfast
My friend told them to tell them that our food was destroyed because the Deliveroo driver dropped the bag and burst the dose and the food was asleep. the Deliveroo driver told us that we contact burger king to sort it so that my friend rang but became. with an evil worker say, and I quote, "why the f*k would they tell us about it" and told us to sort it with deliveroo and that it wasn't their problem before my friend even got the chance to tell him that the Deliveroo driver had told us to sound burger. absolutely shameful wise to speak with customers I am actually shocked, they should be shamed by themselves absolute embarrassment of a place will never be ordered by them again
Served by a lovely employee called Andrea who provided excellent customer service. Very quick to deliver my portion of medium chips. well salted and perfect temperature I wholeheartedly enjoyed them. Also appreciated the art deco interior of the restaurant. truly a unique Burger King for...its architecture and of course employment of great staff
