The service is friendly, the ice cream and food are of high quality, and overall, the service is excellent!

I've been to this restaurant several times since it opened, and every dish we've tried has been amazing. The customer service is sometimes a bit laid-back, but I'm just kidding—the owner is always keen to fix any issues if you let her know. I really love the soft serve with dip; it's definitely my favorite!

This is one of my favorite ice cream shops in Belding! First off, I have to mention that the ice cream is sourced from Hudsonville, right here in Michigan, and it’s absolutely delicious—you really can’t go wrong. I’ve been coming to this shop for a long time, and the quality has always been excellent. They accept both cash and credit cards, although they don’t currently take Apple Pay. However, they may use Square, so it’s worth asking if they accept Apple Pay. Overall, the shop is fantastic! They have 24 different flavors of ice cream to choose from, and I often see customers leaving with big smiles. I give it 5 stars on Yelp!

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was quite rude and even misgendered a family member, which showed a lack of respect for their customers. Moreover, the cherry slush I ordered was flavorless and felt more like diluted medicine than a refreshing beverage. I visited from another city specifically to try their ice cream, and my first experience left me very frustrated.

My son accidentally dropped his ice cream cone right after we got it tonight, and the staff replaced it for free, despite my wife's offer to pay! Now that's what I call five-star service!
