Mcdonald's - Belchertown

I had to wait in my car for 20 minutes just for a chicken sandwich. I know it's a McDonald's, but the service was very disappointing.

Dec 22. About 3:30. Cars backed up along the main road. HORRENDOUS, TERRIBLE service. 23 minutes waiting in line. UNBELIEVABLE. Seems like the owner just does not care.

I went to the drive thru this morning and I was not greeted in a nice way the old lady taking orders was very rude and kept trying to rush me while taking my order while I was speaking she kept interrupting me saying anything else and once I got to the window and payed I asked for a receipt and she rudely said I don't have any receipts paper in the machine so I told her I wanted my receipt the manager Tammy came to print it out but couldn't even hand it to me she laid the receipt on the table and walk away the old lady took her sweet time to give me my receipt if I could give this McDonald's 0 stars I would worst food restaurant in town.
