Wendy's - Bel Air

The other day I visited this restaurant and was delighted by the young man working there. He went out of his way to be kind and gentle with the older woman I was with, who can be difficult at times. We need more people like him in the world.

The service was good, however that was the only positive aspect. My friend and I both ordered burgers but unfortunately ended up with food poisoning. I used to love Wendy's, but after this experience I don't think I can eat there again.

This Wendy's location is well-maintained and the staff is particularly friendly and efficient in taking orders for the lunchtime rush.

Not as good as they use, cold frits slow service while driving through the track, chili earlier be the best! now quarter pieces hamburger don't taste so good. the kitchen seems unorganized. everything was better than older women worked there.

Moved to the area last week and after 2 drive-thru experiences, the fries are not hot like their huge signs specifies, never got a napkin or ketchup packet even after I asked so I’m clear I’d much rather prepare and enjoy my own cooking at home than waste my money and caloric intake on lackluster service and products. Thanks!
