Subway - Bel Air

"Absolutely wonderful. I was limited on dinner choices at 7:30 on a Tuesday night and decided to visit this place, knowing it had recently reopened. I was pleasantly surprised to find it very clean and the staff extremely friendly. Despite feeling guilty for ordering 5 sandwiches right before closing time, the employees were still warm and accommodating, even with my specific order. I would definitely recommend this Subway and would happily order from here again :D"

When I went for an early lunch, I was pleased with the wonderful customer service I received. The sandwich artist recommended a sub that was made just the way I wanted it and tasted delicious. Although the bathroom could have been cleaner, the rest of the restaurant was well-kept. In general, I had a great experience.

The customer service at this restaurant was exceptional. We were greeted with a big smile even on a rainy day, and the staff was very helpful and quick when preparing our sub. They checked in on us while we were eating to make sure everything tasted good, and even cleared our plates and trash. To top it off, they even brought us complimentary cookies since they had extras. My experience was fantastic and I will definitely be returning. Thank you!

I was disappointed with my experience at this Subway restaurant. The portions of tuna fish or meat were small, the bread was hard, and the desserts looked old. This was my first and last visit to this location. I have never had issues at other Subways I have visited. Although the staff was friendly, the overall dining experience was underwhelming.

I ordered a Mexicali sandwich without tomatoes. What I received was a sub with a small amount of meat, no avocado, and a lot of lettuce and tomatoes. This Subway experience was awful.
