One improvement for the overall service would be for the manager to check in on tables more often rather than staying at the host stand. However, I was impressed by the hostess, who efficiently seated guests, took orders, and was constantly helping out on the floor. Overall, I would definitely return.

Wow! I just had an amazing experience at the Bel Air Red Robin. My food arrived quickly and was served hot, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The manager, Brittany, even stopped by our table to ensure everything was perfect, which is a rare occurrence these days. She was very attentive, and after our meal, we made sure to thank both our server and Brittany for their excellent service. I highly recommend this restaurant, and we definitely plan to come back!

This is the most disappointing experience I've had at a Red Robin. I’ve given this location several chances, but this visit was the worst. We enjoy the chain, but each time we come, the burgers are overcooked. They seem smaller now and the prices have increased. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet our server was far from attentive. Red Robin has so many unique offerings, but the basic task of cooking a burger as requested seems to be too much for this staff and management. If we want burgers next time, we’ll head across the street to Miller's instead.

Good food. Good service. Jo behind the bar is a pleasure. Reliable without taste. Wonderful accents around the building.
