Dunkin' - Bel Air

They have good customer skill in they have good coffee that very fresh all the time. Keep up staff you are doing very good job. I am a regular customer. The woman with 10 creams in one sugar. Regular extra large. Thank you. Much appreciate.!!!!!

This place is horrible. They don?t speak English and it too 5 minutes for him to understand what I was ordering I had to point to it on the menu board. It then took almost another 5 minutes to make the coffee. Then it was over $300 for this tiny cup.

It is a Dunkin' Donuts. Corporate standards were met. It is not too far off the highway and easy to find. If you're driving to and from Bel Air scent stop if you need a Dunkin fix. It does have a drive thru.

The staff at this Dunkin Donuts is very welcoming, and this location is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

The experience at the Bel Air South Parkway location was awful. I ordered a pumpkin ice cream coffee, but the employee at the drive-thru window was rude and not wearing a mask. He even coughed on our order, and my coffee ended up being nothing like coffee at all - it tasted like watered-down milk with a strange flavor. I had to go to Fallton to get a proper ice cream coffee, which was much better. It was frustrating having to pay for two coffees in the end. I definitely won't be returning to the southern Parkway location.
