Bertucci's Italian - Bel Air

We went for lunch, they weren't busy at all. We went in there was no one on the front. There was a server that went around and looked like she hated life. She went right past us, didn't say a word, no hi, someone will be with you or welcome in. Then someone came to sit on us, but there was no greeting she went up today, 2 said? When we went back to the table, the hostess said something to the server in front of the table she told her. As long as she tells him, it was his table. That's when I worked in a restaurant for 10 years or that's what I was happy to sit where she set us. Everyone who worked there on the ground looked absolutely miserable as if they had hated the world. The chefs of each on the back looked happy, so it even more out how unhappy the front of the house saw. Our server was nice, but wasn't very attentive. He seemed to have better things he could do as if he definitely didn't want him to deal with people. The food was ok, definitely not even worth being close to what she charged for her. Half of it was lukewarm, then the main dishes were hotly pierced. Again, they were not busy, even we were the only table in our server. But we waited for him to get boxes in which our food doesn't fit. When we were gone, there were no one to greet customers or to say goodbye to them to thank them for that. For what they charge for their food, I would expect a better service, better food in front of homeworkers who at least look like they were not willing to kill someone. Between the first server that went right past us to our server, the amount of money that it cost for 2 people everything in between, we will never return to this place. Everything about this place was just terrible.

Until recently, I had not received Bertuccis for a LONG time (as since I was a child), and wow it has grown with time. I put a big order for my office tomorrow at 6:00. The site was easy and super fast to use. The order was on time at 12 o'clock in our office (still hot) and it was delicious. We had everything we needed, some gluten-free pizzas. Everyone loved the pizza, me too. I will use Bertuccis for my personal food and for another office dinner. I kept the pizzas quite simple for this order, but I am happy to try some of the Artisian pizzas. You look fantastic.

Entered here and sat at the bar to have a quick food and drink after a very tried day. Rick, the bar is great. He was attentive, committed and made good drinks recommendations. He seemed to have a great report with all the girls. Would definitely come back and ask for Rick!

Excellent pizza! Bertucci's oven pizza is under the radar. Do not always go with the choir, provided that small joints are the best. Stop driving and check if Bertucci is there for you. Quality food and din-in service. Best Pizza in Harford County, MD!

The food is good, service was good too however there are some safety concerns that should be addressed on the outside. The parking lot is super dark and there were customers outside that couldn?t tell where the entrance was because of it. It looked like there were extra light post on the exterior however they seemed to be missing bulbs. Esthetically the extreme darkness in the parking lot made the restaurant look empty and unwelcoming. Hopefully Bertucci?s will attend to this matter, I?m sure they will gain more attraction once they do!
