Holy Smokes Bbq - Beech Mountain

Very disappointed. I asked the man how the brisket rang me and he said very well. I ordered the brisket sandwich and it was barely edible. it was dry, hard and fat. I couldn't eat it. the makkaroni and cheese side tasted like power from a box that my man got the pulled pork sandwich and it was not bad.

Smoke and mirror. nothing is cooked or smoked with sacred smoke. everything is directly from the us foods truck. no meat in the smoker. just a cleanser.

Wow! only wow. this place was amazing. the atmosphere, eating and service are all a. it is rare that everyone in the family loves it. but my burger was one of the best things I ever had. a hamburger, with pulled pork on top, koleslaw and kartoffel chips, all stacked between two lush rolls! I felt like this place could be on triple d. my son, who is 6, said of his drawn pork sandwich: that is better than sweets. the lookout was a perfect cherry on this place.

Best pulled pork I ever had! Store was cute. Bbq sauces good. Cookies and cream fudge. Mmmm

The worst bbq I 've ever had. First, they run out of brisket at 5pm on a Saturday in memorial day weekend. The only other bbq they even offered was pulled pork. Thats it! So we ordered that, and it was gross. Even the bun was dry and generic. Mac and cheese unimpressive. The only thing we ordered that was decent was the baked beans. How are you the only bbq joint on beech mountain and don 't even offer multiple choices of actual bbq? Never been to such a limited bbq restaurant in my life. Would not recommend
