So the food here is always good but the people that work here seem absolutely miserable. The person behind the counter is talking on their air pod while listening to trap music on a radio in the back. Absolutely no greeting when you arrive, they just stared at me till I put my order in. No confirmation on my order or thanks for my business. Just a at the POS when my total was up for me to run my card. Not sure if it's a pay thing, or training, or what, but management could be a little more involved to get the right candidates to be the face of this business. The current staff makes me feel unwelcome and unwanted as a customer.
Spent over $29 for a cheesesteak with add-ons and bowl of chili. The cheesesteak had no cheese and was cold as ice and dry. The bread was a hard and dry as well. I will stick with Capriotti’s because their cheesesteak never disappoints. I’m just sad that firehouse subs was so bad.
Harley is very sweet and generous! Very accommodating and understanding. I highly recommend this location! She definitely needs a raise!
I called firehouse subs to place a pick up order I heard an employee arguing with another employee about being in the bathroom. So I hung up and called back about 5 minutes later. The same person I heard arguing when I called The first time answered the phone. When she heard my voice again, she said I had hung up on her. I explained why I hung up, and the employee stated I was rude hung up on me. I get to the store to place my order i asked a DIFFERENT employee to give me the manager's name so I could report the incident. The rude phone employee spoke tells me SHE'S the manager!! She also told her employees not to take my order or give me corporate's number, so nobody would give me that info. OR TAKE MY ORDER! I wasn't allowed to order because I called out the STORE MANAGER for being unnecessarily unprofessional rude to me! This is what brand damage is people ruining companies' brands by treating their customers badly. I've been going to this sub shop for years, but no more....
