Country music plays all day, Wifi is great, but there are only two outlets by the fireplace for laptops. The staff is friendly and always ready to make you laugh.

I visited this restaurant a while back while shopping in the area. I ordered a French vanilla with espresso, but when I got home, I realized it tasted off, like water mixed with hot milk. I called the restaurant to let them know, not expecting a replacement since I didn't visit often. I just wanted to inform them so other customers wouldn't have the same experience. The person on the phone was very apologetic and offered to give me a replacement next time I was in the area. Several months later, I returned to the restaurant and asked about the offer. To my surprise, they still remembered and honored it! I was thrilled to receive the best French vanilla I've ever had. I give them 5 stars for this outstanding customer service experience.
