Hara harla? very rude by the loudspeaker and rushed to us. (no line up) no customer service skills and very hating. the lady in the window was very friendly. extra star given for the better employee
I really disapponted bedford macdonald i order 2 burger 2 fries with nuggets but fries and burger are to oily like old and to salty..its discussting..my daughter love it to eat burger and fries she did not eat and waste money cost $30 we dump in the garbage..And staff its to rude no greetings
It took them 20 mins to finish my order that was clearly for dine-in. They shove everything in the bag, crushing my burgers. It was not busy inside the store, DT was a bit busy though. Not recommending this store.
Clean and not too busy at 3 PM. Kiosk ordering electronic board was very frustrating. It did not respond to touch hardly and gave me no receipt or even order number at the end. For second order used app and said pick up and worked much better. However at pick up point my order number was still listed as in progress on the board even though it was ready to go-only got it because I asked at pick up counter-then just handed me the bag without even checking my app to confirm that I was the actual person who paid for the order and not a random Joe Blow. I like using tech-but their tech and service do not engender happiness!!
