This is definitely the best breakfast spot in Perth. The sandwiches here are incredible and there's nowhere else that even comes close in terms of quality. My go-to drink is the iced chocolate, which is a perfect blend every time. The owner is incredibly friendly and always up for a chat, with an impressive memory too – after just a couple visits, he already knew my order.

Best bacon egg rolls in Perth hands down. Great coffee and Redman is a foodie legend. Ask him for tips around Perth or hang out for one of his sandwich specials at lunch.

The best and most affordable breakfast this side of the river! Each meal is delivered with a smile even at the busiest of times. Do not pass this place up!

The $9 paninis are consistently delicious, made with high-quality ingredients. The weekly specials are always a good option, and the staff always greets us with a genuine smile.
