Customer service: not available. Eat: terrible. The Fort Value location on Mccart is HORRIBLE!! This was our 2nd visit to 3yrs (because the 1st time was bad) and it was exactly the same as the 1st. Mal AWFUL!! Yall has to find out. I can't believe it's still open to business.
This is the 2nd time we've gone out to dq cause websites says there open till 11pm and it's 9pm and drive there just to see that it closed at 8..
We ordered the same meals: I’ve never tried a burger from Dairy Queen before, so we went for the Belt Buster, large fries, and a medium shake. I specifically asked for my shake to be *very* strawberry. For the burger, I requested everything—only asking for extra pickles, mayo, mustard, and ketchup. Seemed simple enough. When we got home and warmed everything up, we settled in bed to enjoy our meal, just about ready to dig in. The first bite was good, but when I opened the burger to add more ketchup, I quickly realized they had forgotten to put any on. No ketchup, no tomato, no mustard, and definitely no pickles. The only vegetable in there was a few strips of lettuce that were barely noticeable! On top of that, it seemed like someone decided we needed extra sodium in our meal! My husband received half of a tomato—basically just one slice. We ordered large fries but only got a portion that was closer to medium, and even that wasn’t completely full. As for my shake, it didn’t meet my request for "very, very strawberry"; there was just one strawberry in it, and I suppose we should be grateful for that. The total bill was $30.86. I could have gone somewhere else and gotten a Whopper with cheese, loaded with veggies, for less than half that amount. We could have easily eaten at a different restaurant. I even reached out to corporate, but I was told each Dairy Queen operates independently. I just want them to resolve this issue. My money is hard-earned, and we paid $30.86 for a meal that was far from satisfactory, and we couldn’t return it. Please fix this. Thank you.
Asked for my fries to be CRISPY....LIKE IT SAYS ON THE DQ TEXAS APP.THEY CAME LIKE SOGGY BAKED POTATOE STICKS. i ASKED FOR CRISPY LIKE THE APP SAYS.....not a CRISP one in the bunch!!!!!!!!! HOW MAY TIMES DO I HAVE TO REPEAT THIS?
