Short Stop Cafe - Bedford

Tasty and quick service! It took about 10 minutes to prepare four waffles, which were perfectly sized for kids! I believe two would have been enough for me, but I have a big appetite. At $28 for a family of four (excluding drinks), the prices are great!

I had an iced latte and a bacon and cheese croissant, and it was just alright. The latte was nice, but the croissant was nothing special. The cheese wasn't melted, and the bacon was the flimsy, thin, pre-cooked variety. I hope the waffles are an improvement over the sandwich.

Fantastic café! The Belgian waffles are absolutely AMAZING, and there are so many topping options to choose from! They were so delicious that I couldn't resist eating the waffle before I had a chance to take a picture. The pastries are fresh and delightful as well. It's a wonderful spot for a casual meal or a night out. There are nice outdoor tables and plenty of parking available since it's located right by the depot square. The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming.

I just stumbled this place while I worked in Bedford during the day. I can't say enough! OMG the pastries are from this world! The best I ever had!!! Apple danish... Delicious!!!

Short stop cafe is a new little place I couldn’t wait to see open. Very convenient located closed to the Minuteman bike trail. It should be known for its verity of Belgium waffles and croissant sandwiches. But my absolute favorite is the blueberry scone. The owner bakes it all herself. And she has an amazing recipe. It’s hard to find a scone you just fall in love with. Besides they serve Peet’s coffee… another great plus. Iced coffee with lite ice… my goto.
