Przekaż informację zwrotnąAs someone who values good service and satisfying meals, I entered Old West Cafe on a busy Saturday morning with high hopes. However, the experience quickly devolved into a sensory overload nightmare. The deafening noise level, lacking any sound dampening measures, made conversation nearly impossible without shouting. Steer clear if you're sensitive to loud environments. The restaurant's decor, straight out of Hobby Lobby, features generic western-themed decorations covering every inch of the walls. While some might find this charming, I found it over-the-top and inauthentic. The single-sheet menu haphazardly lists entrees and sides on opposite sides, making deciphering a challenge. Despite being May 4th, the Christmas holiday menu, taunting with unavailable items, was still displayed. The old west and cowboy-referenced dish names confused more than they clevered.I ordered the Cattle Driver, an eggs Benedict with grilled tomato, and a side of fried potatoes. The potatoes were decently seasoned, but the eggs were so bland that I repeatedly reached for the salt and pepper shakers. At $14.99, I expected more flavor for the price. If you're seeking a spot to bring your dietary-restricted grandparents preferring tasteless food, this might be it.Adding insult to injury, the service was subpar. We had to ask for silverware after our food arrived, and the staff failed to split the bill correctly when it came time to pay, causing unnecessary confusion and delays. In summary, Old West Cafe disappointed on all fronts. The sensory overload, kitschy decor, confusing menu, bland food, and poor service left me feeling like I had wasted my time and money. As someone valuing a good dining experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone, except perhaps those with dietary restrictions not minding mediocre food and lackluster service. Save yourself the trouble and seek better options elsewhere.Kid-friendliness: Kids with sensitive palates will love the bland food.
Meat options are pretty much just sausage and pork products (neither of which I eat) or chicken, but the omelette I got with chicken was yummy. The entire restaurant is echoey because of high ceilings, causing it to become very loud, which is not good for people with auditory sensitivity or people who are hard of hearing. I liked the funny little signs they had hanging up everywhere, though, and probably would have enjoyed it more if it wasn't so loud in there.
Food was great, SERVICE was great too. Clean restaurant. Great for family.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Front door ramp for wheel chair and parking
