Maddie Lou's Bbq Catering - Bedford

Had lunch there today. The pulled pork sandwich was delicious. Did not skimp on the pork. Will definitely return whenever we’re in town.

Awesome little place, great bbq. Had the pulled pork, brisket, coleslaw and cornbread. Highly recommend, everything was absolutely delicious! Toasted buns on the sandwiches really kicked it up a notch. Cannot wait to go back!

In Bedford, 114 miles from home and I say I want BBQ. Looked up Maddie Lou’s and headed over. Went in for lunch today (8/19) and had the smoked brisket sandwich, coleslaw and smoked Mac and cheese. All were very good. No sauce needed on anything the meat was perfect. I also really liked the smoked Mac and cheese. Smoking cheese is an art form, they nailed it !!

Great place, great food, super helpful staff! We needed s location for a private party for family coming from 6 states to attend a memorial service, and Maddie’s came to the rescue!
