Multiple employees speaking on the microphone at once makes it difficult to understand. While I realize it's a KFC, the management should invest in improving the professionalism of the team. Additionally, employees at the drive-thru handle money, serve food, and open/close doors with the same gloves, which is unsanitary. If you're looking for fast and clean service, I would not recommend dining here.
The food and service were excellent. However, the only downside was the presence of flies flying around while we were eating, which left a lasting impression on our overall dining experience.
On August 2nd, we went through the drive-thru at 5:30 a.m. The woman working was rude and slammed the car window shut in my face when she brought our food. She was also inattentive and should not be working there. The sandwiches were terrible and greasy. They should not have employees like her at this restaurant. This was the worst experience ever, and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this place.
The waitress was friendly and attentive. However, the fries were stale and the biscuit had mold on it. It seems like they are serving old food or not storing it properly. They should have someone inspect their food storage practices.
The food was delicious and the service was fast and friendly. The restaurant is clean and offers indoor dining, but the food is served in carry-out bags. I ordered the bowl and it was tasty, but not very hot. The price was reasonable considering the portion size. In general, a good experience.
