Jersey Mike's Subs - Bedford

I found the service at this restaurant to be excellent: the staff was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. I ordered two Chicken Philly sandwiches. They were a bit more expensive than Subway, but you likely get more food for your money. One person wasn’t too fond of the taste of the sandwiches, but the rest of us enjoyed them (I was quite satisfied, so I'm not deducting any stars). The restaurant itself was well-lit and clean.

Ordered the buffalo chicken steak... I dislike messy, soggy subs. Ordered 4 subs in total. #43, 44, 5, 13. Flavor profiles was not bad and customer service was good. My only complaint is the soggy, wetness of the subs.

Each time, the orders have been consistently wrong. On more than one occasion, I received a sub that had only steak on it—no other ingredients, not even cheese on my steak and cheese! This is particularly disappointing because I used to love these subs for their flavor and freshness. I can't keep facing this kind of inconsistency. I initially hoped these issues were just a one-time occurrence, but they seem to be persistent. I’m not sure if there’s been a change in management or if the original trainers have left, but it has been frustrating. If this trend continues, I would recommend trying other sub options.

The staff is excellent, and the sandwiches are made to order and taste fantastic. The secret menu BLT is absolutely incredible. This is definitely the best location in the chain.

Great staff, I dropped my food and they gave me a fresh one!! Love this place !
