On our second try, was really upsetting. The pizza was overcooked, had very little toppings, was NOT prepared correctly half half), and they didn’t take off our discount. I was very disappointed that I ate only one piece.FYI: Both times we preordered and picked up. It’s pricey $50), but worth it. It’s a close second to the best pizza, in Chicago!
Ordered wings, 8 came in the order...$16.75. Two of the wings were the size of half a wing. Wings overall were small but tasted fine. Would absolutely not order again based on the price, size, and quantity.Food: 2/5
I ordered a Chicago Deep Dish with extra cheese and this is what I got. I been coming here for years and will never eat here again. The worse expensive pizza ever.
Fun atmosphere! They have table games you can bring with you to your table and even cornhole boards out on the patio. We sat outside since it was too cold inside. The service was great, fast and friendly. We got the Chicago style deep dish Special, Greek salad and garlic cheesy bread. The salad and bread were delicious! The deep dish pizza just needed a bit more seasoning/salt. Don’t get me wrong it was good but it could’ve been great. Since we aren’t in Chicago this is a solid place to get that deep dish we miss. I highly recommend you call your pizza order in ahead of time! You can still dine in and you won’t wait the 45 minutes it takes to cook. Ours came out at the perfect time right after our appetizers since we called in the order on our way to the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! Have table games and cornhole too
We were down in Dayton for a bible convention. During conventions, it's really hard to find restaurants that aren't slammed due to a large influx of people during the 3 days. It was really quite when we got there. It got super busy as the night went on. Bek was our server and she was awesome. She was one of only one or two servers for a full restaurant. I told the manager as we were walking out that she needs a raise. She was literally the best. We got a family Caesar and that was delicious. We all kinda wished we just stuck to that. Our deep dish came out and it was just luke warm, like it had been sitting for a while. The pizza dough didn't seem done and still very much doughy. We asked that it get put back in. When it came out, still super doughy. So doughy that the bottom was sticking to the cardboard. Although it was definitely hot. It was just something to be desired. We most likely will be back for just the salad. The wine wasn't bad either. I guess i was just comparing it to Paxtis in California which has literally nailed the deep dish pizza. Overall, 3 for the food and everything else a 5!
