Kfc - Beaver Dam

Pre-ordered a meal 40 minutes in advance. Was told my order had been canceled even though I had received confirmation from both KFC and my bank. The manager tells me to reorder it. While I am placing the order again he tells me I am hurting his drive-thru time and need to finish ordering in the parking lot and they'll bring it out. I reordered and then sit and waited for a while before having to go in and get my order that they weren't even putting together. Not one apology. I showed the manager 2 confirmation messages and my banking details which showed 2 charges.

Try the blackberry lemonade, it's one of the best lemonades in town

The food was incredible and the service was excellent! I highly recommend dining in at this restaurant. Both the food and service were rated a 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere was also top-notch.
