Beaver Creek Chophouse

Absolutely fantastic! The Beaver Creek Chophouse is the perfect place to enjoy some exquisite comfort food and cocktails! It is located on the edge of Beaver Creek, opposite the ski slopes. The interior is modern, but the terrace has an incredible view of the mountains, the ski slopes and the brook. Your Crispy Pork Belly Sliders are incredible, the mac-n-cheese is incomparable, and the Peach Salad is uniquely delicious. The best on the menu is the PBJ C Cocktail!! It LITERALLY tastes like a chocolate peanut butter jelly sandwich. Oh, and the service is great too!

Wonderful slope side location, attentive service and great food. I enjoyed and crab cakes, my filet was cooked to a perfect rare plus as requested.

This was a special evening for our 40th anniversary, and the Beaver Creek Chophouse did a wonderful job of making it special for us. Beautiful view from the dining room and an outstanding meal with great service.

Came for lunch. Waiter did not bring the drinks for 30 min. Everyone ordered steaks and none were cooked right. Salad ordered for starter and was never brought out and we had to ask about the spinach artichoke dip to come out. When it did, it was cold. Never saw the waiter again to tell him the steaks were not cooked. (One was literally raw). Talked to the manager to remove the uneaten steak and salad we never received. She was kind and apologetic. Definitely need to work on their kitchen and waitstaff.

This is where we had my son's rehearsal dinner, and it was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly attentive, always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was outstanding and received rave reviews from all our guests. The scenic backdrop added a special touch to an already memorable evening. I couldn’t have asked for a better venue to celebrate this special occasion. Highly recommend!
