Dame Tartine By Edgar - Beaune

Very good address on Beaune I recommend. Typical dishes boiled eggs meurette, ham parsley, beef buried. Very good value quality price. We went there during the weekend of the sale of hospice wines, we were very welcome despite a very strong affluence and had much better eaten here than the day before in a brewery on the square. And for much cheaper and with plates much better filled. I admit I don't understand negative opinions. Finally, as a former cook, I found nothing frozen. Anyway, go without fear.

All right, simple and good. Beautiful decoration and less noise than some restaurants. Careful about service, a little long and not careful enough. But very good reception.

We dine for a week or the heat was present. Without reservation we could have a table on the terrace. There are few tables, thinking about the reservation. Menu entry flat dessert at 14€50 so nothing to say. It's impossible to find cheaper on Beaune. Meurettes' eggs are very good. The rabbit was very copied, pieces previously cut which is very pleasant. The accompaniment is simple but good. Lack of salt in the entrance and dish. No salt on the table. For dessert 2 lemon balls beautifully presented in a cup with some small fruits a biscuit and whisk. I really enjoyed eating very hearty and very good. From our grandmother's kitchen for a very reasonable price. The welcome missed a smile. My waitress looked over, but she was always friendly. I recommend and I'll be back!
