Please do yourself a favor and go here! The vegan options are so good and so well seasoned!! In addition, the vegan link in the menu of SCRATCH!! I really don't know how they did it. You should get 10 stars alone to make it yourself. You could definitely sell this link alone in stores, let me say they will definitely be competition for Jenseits meat. And this dirty rice was just something else, it was the best I ever had. I would definitely give 5 stars, but Happy Cow does not allow this with restaurants that are not 100% vegan. This should definitely be a stop when you are in the area, but remember that they tend to sell quickly and there is usually a long line, so come early recommended. I am a very happy (and full) customer!

The vegan sausage on the menu is made from scratch, and I honestly can't figure out how they did it. They deserve 10 stars just for making it themselves! This sausage could easily compete with brands like Beyond Meat if sold in stores. The dirty rice was also exceptional—definitely the best I've ever had. I would give this place a solid 5 stars, but unfortunately, Happy Cow doesn't allow that for restaurants that aren't 100% vegan. If you're in the area, this spot is a must-visit, but be aware that they sell out quickly, so arriving early is advisable. I'm a very happy (and full) customer!
