Sat in the Drive-Thru today for 5 minutes and no one came up and said I'll be with you and no one said anything. there was a car in front of me. 5 minutes in the drive-thru is a lifetime. Especially when nobody tells you they know you're here, but they're busy coming to people. Customer service is not so difficult food: 1/5

A chicken tsar's family meal ordered and received no cookies. A few weeks later landed and ordered the same and received a bucket of mixed chicken. Bad service. Manger was very rude about the phone when I called to complain what they did.

First time I've ever eaten at KFC in my life and the Mac bowl was ok, typical fast food , so no complaints really. But where they excel at is customer service. All the ladies working there were friendly and courteous. Acknowledged every customer that came in and was just a pleasure to deal with, took their time explaining to customers about certain meals and such. To many times these days you get an attitude or like your a bother but these ladies were on it..left in a better mood then when I got there. Not many places in the industry are like that.
