Fannett Seafood - Beaumont

If I could give service a zero I would. The food is good but the service is awful. They moved to a bigger building and the service is still awful. We came tonight to their grand opening of the new building. They were not busy there was 6 tables plus us. We had to constantly get up to get our drink refilled. After the waitress dropped off our food we didn't see her again. They also automatically add 18% gratuity now to the tickets for 5 or more than it's one ticket or split. Which is fine but they need to make sure that their services is worth the $30. Also don't plan on using their highchairs they do not buckle. We had to bring our own. Also don't plan on saying anything about the service when they ask about it because they don't care. We will not be back!!!!

Ordered fish, frog legs, and shrimp. Apparently you also get lil bugs in the fish too. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had here. I would give it a lower rating but they are moving buildings soon so hopefully this won’t happen again. I won’t be leaving a tip for the next few times since they only wanted to refund me $4 for just the one piece of fish.

This place is awesome. The food is awesome. It’s just all around good

This was my second time visiting this place and the service and crawfish was a 10/10!! It took a little while for the food to come out but that is expected when getting your food fresh. The flavor was on point! I would not advise getting spicy if you can't stand it. Maybe try medium, but everything was sooo good and full of flavor. The garlic flavor was amazing and I will definitely be back.

Just take the gumbo off the menu or call it something else. That was horrible.
